Do I need any experience?
Not at all. I'll guide you step by step, from the first movement to the full ritual.
I've had Botox or fillers. Can I join?
Yes. Many of the techniques support and complement your results, and I'll show you how to adapt where needed.
Is this suitable for all ages?
Yes. The earlier you start the better, and it's never too late.
Do I need oils or tools?
No expensive tools. Everything I teach works with your hands. If an oil helps with a particular movement, I'll show you why and when.
What should I bring?
A clean face, comfortable clothes and an open mind.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely. Each person needs their own seat, so book one for each of you.
